 Veterans Legacy Vault is a secure organizational app built specifically for Veterans. It brings important military, VA, medical, financial, family, property, document and legacy information together in one organized Vault so the information you and your family may need is easier to locate. 

 Your Vault is protected by your account login. You control access to your information and can authorize a Trusted Family Member to securely view designated Vault information without giving them control of your Veteran account. 

 VLV can organize military service records, VA benefits and claims information, emergency and medical information, finances and investments, expenses, insurance, property and assets, important contacts, documents, personal inventory, family information, final wishes and more. 

 VLV uses secure account authentication, protected communications and secure cloud infrastructure to safeguard your Vault information. Automatic inactivity logout provides additional protection when your device is left unattended. 

 For added security, Veterans Legacy Vault automatically signs you out after a period of inactivity. You will need to sign in again before accessing your Vault. 

 Yes. You can initiate permanent account deletion through the Account & Privacy controls inside VLV. If you cannot access the app, you can also request account deletion through the Support / Contact page on this website. 

 A Veteran can authorize a Trusted Family Member to securely view Vault information intended for family access. Trusted Family Member access is read-only, helping family members find important information without allowing them to change or delete the Veteran’s records. 

 Yes. Veterans Legacy Vault allows you to organize and upload supported documents and files so important records can be kept together with the information in your Vault. You should still retain original copies of critical or irreplaceable documents. 

No. Veterans Legacy Vault is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, or any other government agency.  Veterans Legacy Vault is available for a one-time purchase of $24.99. Optional additional services or expanded features introduced in the future may be offered separately. 

 Yes. VLV is designed to continue evolving after launch. Planned enhancements include additional customization options and a Family Messages Vault for private audio and video messages to loved ones. Availability and details of future features may change as development continues.
